Put the three-color quinoa in a pot of boiling water and cook for 15 minutes. -

Place the quinoa in the steamer and steam for another 10 minutes. -

Cut bacon into small cubes. -

Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry green beans, bacon and quinoa, add a small amount of salt. -

Put the fried quinoa rice into a baking pan, and spread a layer of cheese on top of the fried rice. -

Preheat the oven to 178°C and place the rice baking pan into the oven for 11 minutes. -

The fragrant baked rice is ready.
