Pour homemade yogurt onto sterilized filter cloth. -

Tie the filter cloth to the chopsticks and place it on a container. Refrigerate and filter for about four hours to completely filter out the whey. Domestic yoghurt is available for later use. -

Mix the strained cheese and honey red beans together. -

Set aside the mixed red bean cheese. -

Take four slices of homemade light butter toast. -

Preheat the snack machine for one minute, then put a piece of toast on it. Place the red bean yogurt on the toast slices in advance. -

Put another piece of toast on top. -

Tighten the lid and fry for 2-3 minutes, until the surface is browned and take it out. -

Cut it open and see that it is full of red bean yoghurt. Served with creamy toast slices. It tastes like milk and is very satisfying.
Tips
When the sandwich is made in the light food machine, the skin will be crispy. You can adjust the frying time appropriately according to your preference. The shorter the time, the softer the surface will be. The surface will become more brittle over time. Personally, I think it’s more appropriate to master it within two to three minutes.
